The 2020 Orlando Boat Show, Central Florida’s premier boat show, returns to Orlando March 27 - 29 to showcase an array of boats and accessories and offer aquatic-themed activities for all ages. Show visitors can view, board and enjoy one-of-a-kind deals on hundreds of boats from the region’s top dealers, as well as cutting-edge marine accessories and electronics. With more than 27 dealers and over 500 boats, there is something suited for boating novices and enthusiasts alike.
It’s always summertime at Twiggy’s Lagoon! Guests will beam with delight when they witness first-hand the World-Famous Water-Skiing Squirrel and her new lifeguard friend, Roxie the dog, in action. This heart felt show, featured exclusively at the Orlando Boat Show, teaches guests of all ages the importance of water safety in a fun, family- friendly atmosphere.
New this year, a Fishing Zone featuring 40 booths of an angler’s paradise; including, tackle, baits, lures, gear, apparel and much more.
New for boating novices, Discover Boating will be on site with a dedicated expert available to help new and potential boaters explore the wealth of benefits that boating has to offer. Show visitors will have the opportunity to research different types of boats and discover which type of boat is best for them, as well as consult our helpful boat buying guide for information on how to buy a boat.
Boating and fishing enthusiasts can double their knowledge at our educational seminars, now featured on two stages. Renowned, local fishing charter captains share their insight on popular topics such as successful fishing in Central Florida’s waterways, boating safety and visiting “the best spots” to create lifelong memories on the water.
“The Orlando Boat Show takes fun to new depths with interactive features appropriate for families, fishermen, water sports enthusiasts and boaters of all ages and experience levels,” said David Ray, Executive Director.
Children attending the show will have the opportunity to catch live trout from an on-site stocked pond; or fisherman of all ages can challenge their tenacity by reeling in a bull dolphin in the virtual saltwater fishing simulator. Back by popular demand is the opportunity to have a caricature drawn of your child driving a boat by renowned National Caricature Artist, Rafael Diaz or experience a magical face painting transformation by local artist Jacqueline Howe.
